board of directors

founder & executive director

Keelyn Tyler I

Keelyn Tyler I is the Founder and Executive Director of Guidance Attention Motivation Education (G.A.M.E.), bringing more than a decade of experience mentoring, developing, and advocating for young people across Milwaukee and beyond. A former walk-on at Marquette University under Coach Tom Crean, Keelyn embodies the discipline, leadership, and resilience that he now works to instill in the next generation of student-athletes.

Throughout his career, Keelyn has helped 53 student-athletes earn college opportunities, including 14 Division I athletes and 4 professional players. His work spans athletic development, academic support, character growth, and long-term life mentorship. Keelyn also has extensive experience mentoring youth with special needs and has served as a paraprofessional and assistant basketball coach for eight years at Milwaukee Hamilton High School.

Keelyn’s basketball leadership extends into elite grassroots programs as well. He has served as a Mentor & Coach with Team Hali, and previously with Wisconsin Playmakers, Kevon Looney Elite, and Milwaukee Spartans. Through his brandMKE marketing business, he also helps student-athletes navigate NIL (Name, Image & Likeness) opportunities, financial education, and personal branding.

His commitment to youth goes beyond sports. While working with the Running Rebels, he served in several high-impact roles, including JCIP Lead Facilitator at the Vel Phillips Youth Detention Center, ATAC Advocate, and VFZ Mentor at both Milwaukee Hamilton and Milwaukee Washington High School. In these roles, Keelyn provided restorative support, accountability coaching, and positive guidance to young people facing significant life challenges.

Across every role, Keelyn’s mission remains the same: to mentor, support, and equip young people with the tools they need to succeed on the court, in the classroom, and in life. His leadership drives G.A.M.E.’s vision of creating stronger futures through mentorship, education, athletics, and community.
